⚖️ Liability Waiver & Release

By signing below, I (the parent or legal guardian) acknowledge and agree to the following on behalf of my child:

1. Assumption of Risk. I understand that participation in Peachtree Battle Sports Camp ("Camp") involves physical activity, including but not limited to soccer, basketball, wiffle ball, and kickball. I acknowledge that sports activities carry inherent risks of injury, and I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of my child.

2. Release of Liability. I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Camp organizers, counselors, host families, and their respective parents, guardians, and affiliates (collectively, "Camp Staff") from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from my child's participation in Camp activities, including those caused by negligence of Camp Staff, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Medical Authorization. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Camp Staff to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I agree to be responsible for any associated medical costs.

4. Photo Release. I grant permission for Camp Staff to photograph or video my child during Camp activities for promotional or social media use.

5. Code of Conduct. I understand that my child is expected to behave respectfully toward other campers and counselors. Camp Staff reserve the right to dismiss a camper for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.

6. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
